Return Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. To initiate the return process, please contact us at irranova@gmail.com. All returns must be shipped in their original packaging, including all accessories. Please avoid disposing of the packaging box if you are unsure about keeping the item. Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately to assess and correct the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Clothing and Footwear Policy:

In addition to our general return policy, we have specific guidelines for clothing and footwear:
Customer Error in Size Selection:

If the customer chooses the wrong size by mistake, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Please carefully check the available sizes and guidelines before making a purchase decision.

Company Error:

If the problem is due to an error on our part, we will bear all shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging the item.
This includes delivery errors, packaging errors, or defective or incorrect items.
Exchange Due to Change of Mind:

If the customer decides to change the size due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping cost associated with the exchange.
Refund:
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and we will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
